This page explains what the firm collects when you use this site, and what it does with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type. Like most sites, the site may also record basic technical information, such as the pages visited and the device and browser used, to keep it working and to see which pages help.

How we use it

We use what you send to read and answer your message, and to decide whether we can help. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who sees it

Your message goes to the lawyers and staff of the firm. It may pass through the services that host this site and deliver its email. We share information with others only when the law requires it, or with your permission.

Keeping it

We keep messages from people we do not represent for as long as we need to answer them and meet our own record-keeping duties. You can ask us to delete yours.

Please keep first messages short

Writing to us does not make us your lawyers. Leave out confidential details until we have agreed to work together.
